Candidates who have overseas exposure, large scale retail malls experience and portfolio will be considered. You will be working in an English speaking environment in the main cities of China.

Small, award-winning design firm seeks creative and motivated individual with construction document experience (3+ years minimum). We are a full-service architecture firm working in the residential, commercial and animal services sectors with an emphasis on modern, sustainable design. The office also takes part in the organization of the Frogtown Art Walk in Elysian Valley.

As we are a small office, you will be involved with every aspect of the projects. You will design, detail, manage, organize, specify and draw. You will be equally involved with presentations, marketing, and construction documentation. We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is willing to grow with our design team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Architecture degree min.
- 3-5 years of experience in an architectural firm.
- Good skills in client communications, contract documentation, building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, construction administration.
- Solid understanding of residential building and zoning codes and the agency approval process.
- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics.
- Proficiency in use of a BIM software program - ArchiCAD experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash and In-Design.
