Project Interior Architect
01/06/2016Our Client, internationally known Architectural design firm, is accepting CVs from qualified interested professionals for the role of Project/Field Architect.
Job responsibilities:
- Primary studio role responsible for drawing and coordinating drawings with the Macau and Las Vegas based design teams.
- Primary role for verifying existing conditions in the field.
- Primary role for observing Construction progress for adherence to design intent.
- Assist the Studio Leader and Senior Architect with the running of the project.
- Important collaboration role with Las Vegas design team.
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the gaming and/or hospitality design field.
- A valid professional license to practice architecture.
- Strong written, verbal and quantitative communication skills.
- Excellent Construction Document drawings skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
Additional criteria:
- While not required, previous work experience in the region is desirable.
- Pursuit of Professional Registration is desirable.
Salary:
- Dependent on experience.

Intermediate Visualization Designer
31/05/2016Volley is looking for a full-time intermediate visual designer to join our studio immediately. You would be joining our growing 3d development team and candidate must have a clear passion and ability in producing CG architectural visualization. Our studio works primarily in 3d Studio Max and V-Ray; experience in these software is strongly preferred but not a requirement. You should love engaging architecture through visualization, operate well in a team atmosphere, and be passionate about learning new technical skills.
Intermediate Visual Designer Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ work experience; recent graduates will be considered if he or she has a demonstrated ability to create CG architecture imagery or exceptional ability in 3d Studio Max.
- Exceptional skill in creating exciting images and a great eye for design.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and 3d Studio Max (or other 3d modeling software).
- Background in photography a plus.
- Be a responsible team-player with a personal initiative to intelligently solve problems.
