02/02/2016Boutique architecture, interior design, and project management firm seeks Project Architect with 4-5 years of professional experience in the U.S. for workspace, institutional, high-end residential and adaptive re-use projects.
Our studio is in a brownstone located conveniently a few blocks from Grand Central Station for easy commute.

Candidate should have:
- 4-5 years of professional experience in the U.S. for workspace, institutional, high-end residential and adaptive re-use projects.
- Strong design, construction documents, project management, and communications skills.
- AutoCAD 2015-16 required.
- InDesign, Photoshop, and Sketch Up a plus.

Junior / Mid Level Designer

They have won an impressive amount of new business recently and have a great reputation with their longer standing clients.
They have a great team who need some creative support, they are looking to add one maybe two designers totehri team. Designers who have some solid corporate communications design experience under their belts would be sparking this agency’s interest.
I asked the client what kind of candidate they want and they said – "Ideas ideas ideas" …oh, and an individual who has a great attitude, clean design skills and who understands the tone of voice of corporate clients.
Exposure to digital would be bonus…but they don’t need a coding expert by any means!
