Our client is seeking an architect with 5-10 years professional experience to work in a design and project architect position. At this renowned firm, you will join a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to executing projects with rigorous attention to detail and the balance of thoughtful sophistication. Projects will include 4/5 star, new construction, hospitality and multifamily residential projects.

The position involves contributing to the production, coordination and management of projects from design concept through construction administration. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a strong ability in the following:

- Ability to manage projects, collaborate with consultants and lead project teams.
- Strong graphics and visual presentation skills.
- Construction Documentation (including design details) utilizing Revit is a must.
- Fluency in AutoCad and Adobe CS, Revit.
- Working experience in 3D modeling.
- New Construction HiRise Hospitality/Residential/Mixuse a must.

Ideal candidates should be organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on a variety of tasks. Strong verbal and written communications skills, time management and the ability to multi-task will be required.

This is a full-time, permanent position with salary in the $75,000 - $90,000 range as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
