12/02/2016Holland Harvey Architects is an architectural studio based in east London. We are a growing practice with a portfolio that focuses on residential, retail and hotel projects across London and the south of England.
We are looking for a wonderful part 2 or recent part 3 graduate to join our team focusing on the design and delivery of our interior led retail projects.
We will:
- Offer you the opportunity to have meaningful influence on the conceptual and detailed design of projects in exciting central London locations.
- Facilitate the development of your career as part of a growing design studio.
- Provide a creative, friendly and energetic working environment.
You will:
- Assist in the conceptual and detailed design of retail projects.
- Help produce drawings and three-dimensional visualisations to capture and communicate the design intent.
- Participate in regular design workshops with clients.
- Assist in the production of information for tender purposes and play an active role in negotiations with contractors.
- Source and specify furniture and finishes.
- Work alongside suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers to procure specialist items.
- Work closely with other consultants to coordinate pre-construction information.
- Undertake regular site visits during construction.
A suitable candidate must be confident, independent, motivated and share our passion for delivering original projects.
Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office is required; 3DS Max, Rhino and Vray skills are an advantage.
