We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Architect to lead our specialist design practice on a number of primary care and healthcare projects together with an exciting opportunity to design bespoke residential properties for our expanding development company.

To be considered you should have the following:

- A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and be RIBA registered.
- Capable of running contracts as a contract administrator.
- Good technical skills and fluent in AutoCAD.
- Ability to manage the planning process effectively with Local Authorities.
- Be capable of taking scheme from concept to completion of construction.
- Excellent client and consultant liaison skills.
- Confident managing teams.
- Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- 3D modelling experience would be an advantage.

Based in Fordingbridge Hampshire, Projects are carried out on the South, South West, Midlands and East Anglia so travel and Occasional overnight hotel stays will be an integral part of the job.
