- Knowledge of local, state and federal Energy Conservation Codes.
- Knowledge of New York City zoning text, building codes, and DOB permit application process.
- Experience in preparing feasibility studies for development opportunities.
Candidates should demonstrate expertise in the following technical skills (all required):
- Hand drawing, sketching, and color rendering abilities to express creative ideas or technical details.
- Post production Photoshop Rendering.
- Production: AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, V-Ray, (Revit experience a plus).
- Presentation and Communication: Powerpoint, In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Outlook.
- Organizational: Microsoft Project, Excel.
