We specialise in complex residential led mixed-use schemes ranging from 10 – 300 dwellings for community, public and private sector clients.

Due to our increasing workload, we need talented architects with job running experience or those with the ability to progress into this role:

- Ability to work at all RIBA stages.
- Ideally candidates will have excellent design skills.
- Experience of preparing planning applications.
- UK technical/construction experience, an understanding of UK building regulations and the ability to produce quality technical and production drawings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Vectorworks or Revit, SketchUp and hand drawing.

A well-established, reputable multinational company is seeking a well rounded Graphic Designer to support them for at least 3 months, with the potential for the role to expand to a permanent placement. With offices in Hong Kong and the US, our client is involved in the design, development, sourcing and logistics of consumer goods for many of the world's retailers and brands. The successful candidate will be involved in an exciting branding project within a recognized team, headed by some of the industry's most creative professionals.

Key requirements:

- Degree or diploma in related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Great portfolio with well-established brand design experience.
- Strong graphic sense and visualization ability.
- Sound experience in layout, across print and digital.
- Full proficiency in Adobe Suite and Photoshop.
- Experience in Keynote and PowerPoint, and in presentation templates.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Cantonese is not mandatory, but would be an advantage.
