Steven Holl Architects is a 45-person innovative architecture and urban design office, working globally as one office from two locations; New York City and Beijing. The firm is internationally-honored with architecture's most prestigious awards, publications and exhibitions for excellence in design. Our projects include campus and educational facilities, arts facilities (including museum, gallery, and exhibition design), and residential work. Other projects include retail design, office design, public utilities, and master planning.

We are currently seeing Intermediate Architects with the following qualifications:

- 4 to 6 years full-time professional experience in all phases of the design and construction process.
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree, or equivalent professional degree in Architecture.
- Experience with significant cultural and/or institutional projects.
- Ability to coordinate and produce construction documents.
- Knowledge of building systems and technical detailing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work within given deadlines.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office; proficiency with Revit strongly preferred.
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Enthusiasm to be part of an energetic collaborative environment.

KUBE architecture is a dynamic small architecture firm engaged in modern residential, commercial and institutional projects. We are looking for a talented architectural designer with between 2- 3 years of experience in a small to medium size firm. ArchiCAD proficiency is highly desirable but not required what IS required is proficiency in Sketchup and Adobe Suite also Must have familiarity and experience with construction documents.

Candidate must be able to multi-task, and work on multiple projects of various scales and phases at once. Clear communication skills, self motivated and easy personality are essential in our working environment (small office). Prefer candidates be available for "in-house" interview ( Washington DC ) but skype will be acceptable for first round.

Please note: do not want interior or graphic designers.

More than 3 years experience will not work for us.
