Qualified Architect
05/01/2015We will be interviewing in the new-year for a RIBA qualified architect with 3-5+ years post part III experience. Your previous projects should include specific experience of working on some of the following highly serviced buildings for example high spec and sustainable University buildings, laboratories and schools.
Applicants should combine demonstrable design and communication skills with proven technical and organisational abilities. Have experience of producing detailed construction information and carrying projects through to completion on site. Familiarity with UK Construction legislation and technology in practice including a sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent English speaking and writing skills, be well organised and have a proven track record of having worked independently and as part of a team through all work stages of projects. Experience in leading specific packages of a project or in team management is advantageous.
Fluency in Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite is a minimum.
You will be based in our Cambridge city centre studio as part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team of designers working on and delivering high quality building environments for our clients.
