As an Architect within the Glasgow office you will be responsible for:
- Taking projects from inception to completion.
- Acting as the central point of contact for specific projects.
- Design development including drawings, models, images and other documents relating to the design.
- Co-ordination and management of the internal HLM team.
- Project administration and Design Team coordination.
- Participating in practice wide marketing activities, including development of marketing tools and client relationships.
To be considered for this exciting and challenging role you must ideally have:
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience.
- Exceptional design skills and construction detailing knowledge.
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and UK planning.
- Job running and site experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or ideally ArchiCAD, and good working knowledge of BIM (ideal, but not essential).
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, including InDesign and Photoshop knowledge.
- NBS Specification experience and project management skills.
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Be accurate and have an eye for detail.
- Be proactive and have an enthusiastic nature.
