We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, organized person with excellent communication and 3D visualization skills. Full-time position available immediately. Desai Chia Architecture is an award-winning architecture firm. Our current projects include high-end residential & commercial projects. We are looking for motivated people who want to be involved in all phases of projects, from Concept to Construction Administration. Candidates should be interested in applied experimentation with new materials, design, and construction techniques.

Qualifications:

- Hold a Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Excellent visualization/rendering skills & creative skills.
- An exceptional portfolio; all work to have been produced by applicant.
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills; Excellent Rhino modeling skills are required. 3D physical model building skills a plus.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available) currently residing in the NYC area.
