We are seeking architectural staff at all levels including intern architects, job captains, project managers, construction administrators and studio directors. We are a Revit based firm, so Revit experience is a must on the design and production side. We are also recruiting a Senior Production Architect to help lead our quality control program and a Revit Manager. We have a reputation among our clients for being the best at what we do and that reputation stems largely from the expertise of our staff. Rader + Crews, a Brooklyn based landscape and architecture firm is looking for motivated, creative landscape architects with 1-2 years experience to join our staff. Our landscape work includes institutional, university, public open spaces, multifamily housing, and residential projects. Architectural work includes residential projects.

Candidates must demonstrate skill as designers, work well on small project teams, and have a knowledge of technical aspects of landscape architecture or architecture. Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Powerpoint, In Design, Word, Excel and Sketchup. Experience with website programs and Revit a plus.

Candidates with qualifications including both landscape and architecture are ideal. Employment on a part-time or freelance basis is also a possibility.
