Ateliers Jean Nouvel was chosen for the project "Duo" brought by investors Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines mastering work. The project includes the completion of a housing complex for offices, hotels, activities and businesses of 105,250 m2 in total on the lot B3A neighborhood Bruneseau- Massena located within the perimeter of the operation of development "Paris-left Bank".
