Located in Dubai's business bay, Gemini is a mixed use Hotel and Service Apartment building. Situated at an edge of waterfront and visual proximity to Burj Khalifa the design takes advantage of the magnificent views of the surrounding area. The design takes shape in the two precision sculpted objects which house the necessary program requirements of the hotel and service apartments.
