Meydan One in Dubai will be a 3,671,000 sq m (39,514,000 sq ft) mixed-use destination. It will boast the world's tallest residential tower, a cutting-edge mall and the world's longest indoor ski slope. In addition to providing residential apartments, the tower will house a 5-star hotel, a conference center, a plaza view restaurant and terrace, and the Meydan One Marina Yacht Club. As well as being the tallest residential tower in the world, it is claimed that it will feature the world's highest observation deck at 655 m (2,149 ft) up with 360-degree views, and the world's highest restaurant at 675 m (2,215 ft) up.
